Bill Adams draws on 30 years of legal experience in his work as a trial lawyer who represents businesses, lenders and municipalities in commercial and real estate disputes. He works with both plaintiffs and defendants through verdicts and appeals in jury trials and court trials in both state and federal courts, as well as in binding arbitrations. Bill also has a record of resolving matters either at or before trial if this approach aligns with the client's interests.

Bill's litigation experience includes partnership and corporation dissolutions, commercial torts, theft of trade secrets claims, federal government contracting disputes and breach of fiduciary duty cases.
