Ms. Akinmurele’s trial experience includes second-chairing a week-long trial concerning the fraudulent conveyance of real property and a two-week long arbitration successfully defending a title insurer against allegations of bad-faith. Ms. Akinmurele has also successfully mediated and settled many cases without the costs and expense of trial or discovery.
