Mary Koon handles an array of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, leasing, development, financing and title matters, for clients ranging from individual owners and investors to publicly and privately owned entities of varying size.
Mary has extensive experience advising and assisting clients with negotiating, structuring, documenting, and closing real estate transactions in California and throughout the United States. She also assists clients with residential property matters.
Mary previously was in-house real estate counsel for a privately held California company with a large portfolio of industrial/commercial real estate in the western United States. This experience sharpens her understanding of clients' needs for efficiency and practical solutions in the handling of their real estate transactions.
