What Mr. Mizrahi’s law practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, from patent and trademark to copyright matters.

His expertise includes preparing and managing trademark and copyright applications, preparing and negotiating licenses and agreements relating to intellectual property rights, and managing patent portfolios. He also helps a wide variety of businesses grow and maintain their intellectual property portfolios and enforce their intellectual property rights in federal court and before the Trade Trial and Appeal Board.

Mr. Mizrahi counsels clients on acquiring and maintaining U.S. and foreign IP rights and on potential or pending infringement problems.

He gives each and every client the care, focus and undivided attention that they deserve. Clients include musical equipment brands, financial institutions, beauty care brands, toy manufacturers, and dietary supplement manufacturers, among others.

Mr. Mizrahi brings a litigator’s eye to his clients’ IP issues, taking care to ensure the IP right is enforceable. His experience in the courtroom lends valuable insight and perspective to every action he takes on behalf of his clients.

From 2012 through 2023, he has been named to the Southern California Super Lawyers list, a designation bestowed on only the top 5% of lawyers in this region.
