Lindsey R. Hansen’s practice focuses on assisting clients buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, data center, and communications leasing.
Her experience includes representing national retail tenants in connection with their expansion throughout California and other states. She also works with public companies in their acquisition (including due diligence) and disposition of commercial properties.
Previously, Ms. Hansen practiced in the real estate department of an Am Law 100 firm.
