Linda J. Retz is certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She dedicates her practice to the creation and implementation of estate plans that are tailored to an individual family’s particular needs and circumstances and to the administration of trusts and decedents’ estates in the State of California, always keeping tax consequences in mind.
Previously, Ms. Retz served as Chair of the California State Bar’s Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Advisory Commission. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the former Chair of its Professional Responsibility Committee.
Ms. Retz was honored by Best Lawyers as Lawyer of the Year in the field of Trusts and Estates in Los Angeles in 2022 and has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America® every year since 2010.
