Lance Pritikin leverages his broad engineering and business leadership background when serving his clients. His intellectual property experience includes patent drafting and prosecution, IP due diligence and technical design consulting.
He has prosecuted patent applications across a wide range of technologies, including mechanical and electromechanical devices, dental composite blades, syringe systems, lasers and optics, control systems, software, chemical compounds, materials, packaging, and prosthetics.
Having founded and operated his own small R&D and engineering services companies, he is keenly aware of how technical, business and legal issues interrelate. Mr. Pritikin uses his comprehensive experience to help his clients make short-term decisions that best serve their long-term goals. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Pritikin served as a lead spacecraft engineer for one of the largest defense contractors in the world. He also acquired more than two decades of CAD and rapid prototyping experience as an independent design engineer and manufacturing quality control consultant.
While in college, Mr. Pritikin served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and attained his private pilot license.
