Dawn B. Eyerly is the firm’s Co-General Counsel, and has previously served on the firm's Executive Management Committee. She is a trial attorney with substantial litigation experience, including several jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations. She also has extensive appellate experience in both State and Federal courts.
Passionate representation
Ms. Eyerly has been successful in over 95% of her trials and arbitrations, and has participated in hundreds of mediations with exceptional results. She has a passion for obtaining justice for each and every client, and that passion shows through in her representation.
Litigator and outside general counsel
Ms. Eyerly represents individuals as well as entities, ranging from small, family-owned businesses to multi-million dollar international corporations. In addition to representing clients in litigation matters, she currently serves as outside general counsel for several companies. Her experience in the areas of contract disputes, real estate litigation, employment matters and negligence/premises liability litigation allow her to fully serve her clients.
Honors
Ms. Eyerly’s achievements are recognized by clients as well as her peers. From 2022-2023, Super Lawyers Magazine has named her to the Southern California Super Lawyers list. For eight years, she was named among the list of Southern California Rising Stars, a designation bestowed on only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40. Ms. Eyerly was also nominated for the prestigious Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2016 “Leaders in Law” Award.
