Specialty in Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution
For over a decade, Dana Silva has been litigating for her clients and helping them win legal cases in business and general civil suits. Understanding the intricacies of litigation, she efficiently guides clients through the process to achieve positive results. She has extensive experience with breach of contract, fiduciary duty, unfair competition and shareholder disputes. She has litigated trademark infringement claims in federal court. She also has experience with employment issues including wage and hour, and PAGA.
Trial and Arbitration Experience
Ms. Silva has an involved understanding of written discovery, depositions, and dispositive motions and has chaired several trials in state court as well as private arbitration. Navigating both legal scenarios allows her to fine-tune her approach to disputes effectively.
Community Outreach and Professional Associations
Ms. Silva believes in giving back to the community and has contributed to several foundations. She has worked with the Cancer Legal Resource Center at Loyola Law School and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles Domestic Violence Clinic in the Santa Monica Courthouse. She also is on the board of directors for E&S Grounding Solutions, Inc. and a Kiwanis Club member.
