Christine Ciarlo is an Associate in our Real Estate Department.
Real Estate and Business Expertise
With experience in sophisticated real estate transactions, land development, asset management, business expansion and industrial assets, Ms. Ciarlo’s professional legal background encompasses many business and real estate law areas. Ms. Ciarlo has a particular focus on acquisitions, dispositions and real estate asset management. Her professional experience and current work include all phases of real estate and business transactions, such as due diligence, corporate structuring and leasing and property management, including multi-family, retail, office and industrial asset classes. As part of her development experience, she has led the preparation and negotiation of construction agreements (both AIA and custom agreements) for commercial, multi-family and high-end residential properties. Her law acumen for owner and developer real estate has helped her develop a niche specialty in construction and land development.
Community Outreach and Associations
Ms. Ciarlo’s interest in real estate law extends into professional associations and community outreach. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute (whose mission is to connect, inspire and lead the transformation of communities) and Los Angeles' Real Estate Property Law section.
International Education and Mentoring
Ms. Ciarlo’s dedication to her law profession is strongly rooted in her education and experiences. As a native Californian, she also spent time in London studying at the University of Westminster. She excels in legal writing and has mentored peers at the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California. She was also a member of the Women’s Law Association.
