With experience in sophisticated real estate transactions, land development, asset management, business expansion and industrial assets, Christine Ciarlo's legal background encompasses many areas of business and real estate law. Christine has a particular focus on acquisitions, dispositions and real estate asset management. Her professional experience and current work include real estate and business transactions involving contract negotiation, due diligence review, corporate structuring, leasing and property management of multi-family, retail, office and industrial asset classes. As part of her development experience, she leads the preparation and negotiation of construction agreements (both AIA and custom agreements) for commercial, multifamily and high-end residential properties. Her experience as in-house counsel for a real estate development company has helped her develop a niche in construction and land use.
