Ms. Chow represents clients on a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, unfair business practices, labor and employment, and declaratory relief. She also has extensive experience litigating bankruptcy disputes, including avoidance actions, plan confirmation, claims objections, and debt recharacterization. With a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and computer science, Ms. Chow brings a deep understanding of finance and technology to all of her cases.
