Mr. Bergman’s practice focuses on commercial, industrial and major multi-residential properties together with all related business and real estate transactional matters. His clients include major corporations, lenders and developers. He is there from the beginning, guiding his clients through the entire process starting with the creation of entities through the selling and/or leasing of property whether it be commercial condominiums, office buildings or residential properties.

He also represents cannabis growers, manufacturers and dispensaries in all aspects of the business post-licensing.

Wide Range of Leadership Experience

Mr. Bergman has been in several leadership positions throughout his career. He was General Counsel of a major savings and loan as well as to a major international real estate development and management company. He was a name partner in a Los Angeles business law firm before becoming president of a construction company engaged in residential and commercial construction.

Mr. Bergman was named to chair a Past Practices Investigative Committee that was involved in the investigation of Savings & Loan fraud and bad business practices.
