Adam Guerrero advises clients on real estate transactions and land use law with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, real estate finance and other related transactions.
He has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of properties. Adam manages due diligence efforts in acquiring land for development, and land use in connection with home building, industrial and retail projects. Additionally, he has prosecuted and defended litigation relating to commercial property and business disputes on behalf of clients.
Adam's legal work is informed by more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, including working as a commercial property manager of a portfolio of industrial and office properties and as land acquisition manager for a real estate developer.
