Robert Ezra Selected as Finalist for 4th Annual Los Angeles Business Journal’s Fashion Awards

Robert Ezra, partner and head of the Fashion Law Practice, has been selected as a finalist in the category of Professional Service Provider for the 4th Annual Los Angeles Business Journal‘s 2017 Fashion Awards.  Mr. Ezra is only one of three finalists in this category.  The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, November 29 at City Club Los Angeles.

Over the course of his 40 year career Mr. Ezra has earned the reputation as a leading lawyer in the apparel, fashion and textiles industry by assisting clients in critical decisions in all aspects of their business operations.  He specializes in contractual claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and dissolutions, including provisional remedies, unfair competition, intellectual property claims and business torts both within and outside the apparel industry.  He devises legally protective and creative resolutions in business conflicts and creates valuable opportunities for clients in the area of financing and business growth.  He also advises on copyright and trademark availability and enforcement, and licensing agreements.
