Jeryll S. Cohen and Geraldine A. Wyle Co-Present at USC Gould School of Law’s 43rd Annual Trust and Estate Conference

On November 3, 2017, Trusts and Estates Litigation partners, Jeryll S. Cohen and Geraldine A. Wyle, co-presented, “Dorothy, We’re Not in Kansas Anymore: Venturing Outside of the Probate Court,” at the USC Gould School of Law’s 43rd Annual Trust and Estate Conference.  Their discussion focused on times when trust or estate matters intersect with civil court, family law court, bankruptcy court, Federal court or tax court, and explored when to consider other forums, the pros and cons, how to evaluate the alternatives and what pitfalls to avoid.
