Freeman Freeman & Smiley’s Damon Juha Highlighted in Daily Journal’s Dealmakers for Real Estate Transactions

Freeman Freeman & Smiley, LLP partner Damon M. Juha handled five lease transactions for the firm’s Century City office, all of which closed since the start of the month.

Juha represented a franchise of Yogurtland Franchising Inc. in connection with a lease of 685 square feet of space in The Shops at Montebello, a mall anchored by Macy’s and JC Penny.

He advised an unnamed landlord in a lease for 1,400 square feet of space in Las Vegas for Red Wing Shoe Co., and worked a lease for another unnamed landlord in connection with a lease of 2,300 square feet in Mission Viejo to Hernandez G Foods Inc.

Exer Holding Co. LLC leased 4,370 square feet of space in Northridge for a new urgent-care facility.  Juha counseled the landlord.

Juha also guided Floyd’s 99 Barbershop as it leased 2,100 square feet of space for an upcoming location in downtown Los Angeles.
