Freeman Freeman & Smiley has expanded its Intellectual Property Group with the addition of Mark Mizrahi and Lance Pritikin to the firm.
Mr. Mizrahi has a broad range of experience in the IP field, including patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and enforcement, and negotiation of licenses and other agreements relating to intellectual property rights. He joins the firm as Partner.
Mr. Pritikin, Of Counsel, brings to the practice group a strong focus on patent drafting and prosecution, IP due diligence, and technical design consulting.
