Freeman Freeman & Smiley Continues to Grow its Real Estate Practice

Raffi K. Mansourian has joined Freeman Freeman & Smiley as a senior counsel in its Century City office.

Mr. Mansourian possesses extensive real estate and corporate transactional experience, with an emphasis on commercial real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, lease renewals, subleases, lease extensions and lease termination workout agreements, and the sale and purchase of commercial real estate.

Smiley, Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice.  “He will be a significant resource to our clients on key real estate leasing issues. Additionally Raffi will assist the firm’s corporate department with his corporate transactional background.”

Mr. Mansourian has significant experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with Fortune 500 companies, merchants, banks and vendors, and advising clients concerning corporate formation, tax, labor and employment, and general corporate governance issues.  He was previously corporate in-house counsel for a local company with over 50,000 employees.

A graduate of Loyola Law School, Mr. Mansourian is also a California Licensed Real Estate Broker and has passed the CPA exam.
