Bruce Smiley Presented at Georgetown’s 24th Annual Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute

Freeman Freeman & Smiley real estate attorney and founding partner Bruce Smiley, was a session speaker at Georgetown’s 24th Annual Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute on Friday, April 8th.

The session, “Truss, But Verify: Roofs, Access, and Other Concerns in Industrial Leases,” discussed concerns specific to industrial leases, such as roofs, structure and access as well as considered how to incorporate construction terms in a build-to-suit industrial lease. They also explored how multi-tenant and single-tenant industrial building leases differ.
