Bruce Smiley Presented at 23rd Annual Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute

Freeman Freeman & Smiley real estate attorney and founding partner Bruce M. Smiley was the session leader at the 23rd Annual Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute on Wednesday, April 28th.

The panel on “COVID and Conflicts and Courts, Oh My!” shared updates impacted by COVID-19 as well as explored how poorly drafted leases result in court battles. They also discussed how to improve office and retail drafting.
